Building From The Ground Up
AVID Developments South West is a local building contractor, carrying out a range of services for both commercial and domestic clients. This includes New Build Developments, Large Domestic Extensions, Garden Rooms and Commercial Projects on a contract basis.
AVID was recently was established, evolving out of D Rogers Construction Ltd to upscale our operation and incorporate more people into the ownership. Our director, Dave Rogers, has over 47 years experience in construction and has a vast amount of knowledge and experience gained from managing and overseeing developments on a contract basis for developer clients. These jobs included civil engineering as well as residential and commercial build projects.
The experience accumulated across the decades of jobs paved the way for AVID Developments, in order to keep pace with the demand for services on a variety of new build projects, conversions, refurbishments, extensions and garden rooms - all services we offer today.
Lately, the company focus has been on building residential development sites on behalf of developer clients.
