Nine Oaks was a residential development in Carterton, Oxfordshire. It comprised a mixture of conversion, small extensions and new build.
Formerly a single cottage with large overgrown garden, the existing property was converted into two, 2 bedroom semi-detached houses. Either side are to be new build two bedroom, two storey houses, with four 2 bedroom bungalows to the rear.
The existing property required a new roof and complete renovation including structural steel for the existing house and a large driveway accessing the units to the rear.
