A Home With Everything
Located in the parish of Common Platt on the outskirts of Purton, we constructed a spacious four bedroom home, covering a gross internal floor area of 2341 square feet.
Featuring two en-suite bedrooms and a large family bathroom, the fit out included walk-in showers, underfloor heating, woodburner and a luxury kitchen with quartz worktops. The build also included a detached double garage with stairs up to a workable space as well as a remote controlled garage door and private gated driveway.
Further additions in the form of solar panels installation, sewerage treatment tank, reed beds and the diversion of overhead electricity cables made this an interesting project that truly had everything you could think of, for a residential construction project.
