Crampton Mews

These new homes were built on the edge of an industrial site in Swindon. Each of the 12 semi-detached homes contained an open-plan design which was very popular amongst buyers. 

There was an enormous amount of interest in the homes we were working on. In fact, people were enquiring at the sales office of a neighbouring development site, looking to view inside these homes

A somewhat small parcel of land, the construction logistics were challenging due to the constraints on site. We worked with local businesses and the neighbouring developers to enable smooth deliveries as well as adequate operative parking, ensuring there was as little disruption as possible to nearby stakeholders.
