Haybrook Rise, Pewsey

Haybrook Rise was a development of 19 homes split over two phases. The original contract was for 9 new homes and a new adoptable access road to serve them. At our recommendation, the client applied for further housing at the far end of the site. This was ultimately successful, and piled foundations were installed to enable the houses to be built. 

The houses were a mix of detached 3 and 4 bedroom homes on the first phase, and semi detached 2 bedroom homes and 1 bedroom apartments on the second phase. 

The scheme required a huge amount of earth moved due to the sloping nature of the site. This was originally intended to be removed off site creating a huge additional cost for the client, however we managed to re-engineer the cart-away to the bottom of the site, building up the ground to enable new housing to be built there. This not only saved the client on build cost but also additional homes were able to be built.
