The Old Orchard, Christian Malford

The Old Orchard was a development of 5 new homes in the village of Christian Malford. It consisted of a mix of 3 bedroom semi-detached and bungalows. To serve the new dwellings, the project included a new culverted access and private driveway.

One particular challenge included the large culverted sections being craned off their delivery vehicle, transported and then craned into place separately, whilst the water course was temporarily pumped around the access under construction.

These homes are beautiful, with fantastic views for the two bungalows over the fields to the south. The house-types provide a great mix for different homeowners to enjoy.
